We are seeking an experienced Google Ads specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Google Ads and performance marketing metrics.
About the Role:
- Plan, launch, and scale Google Ads campaigns for high-growth D2C brands.
- Research audiences, analyze competitors, and uncover growth opportunities.
- Optimize campaigns daily – from bids and budgets to creatives and targeting.
- Track key performance metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC) and deliver insights.
- Test new ideas, creatives, and strategies in collaboration with the team.
- Stay on top of industry trends, new ad formats, and Google platform updates.
Requirements:
- 1+ year of hands-on experience running Google Ads campaigns.
- Solid understanding of Google Ads for D2C brands.
- Strong grasp of performance marketing metrics and optimization levers.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into action.
- Attention to detail, curiosity, and eagerness to learn.
