Operations Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead the inspection and quality operations in renewable energy projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee and streamline inspection and quality operations for solar and wind energy projects across manufacturing, installation, and commissioning stages.
- Ensure the implementation and compliance of Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) protocols.
- Supervise and optimize manpower allocation across multiple project sites.
- Maintain relationships with vendors to ensure quality and delivery standards.
- Engage with stakeholders for project coordination and issue resolution.
- Maintain detailed reporting of inspection progress, project timelines, and quality status.
Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical / Mechanical / Renewable Energy preferred).
- Experience: 6 to 10 years in QA/QC, inspection, or operations in renewable energy (solar and wind mandatory).
- In-depth understanding of solar PV systems and wind turbine components.
- Familiarity with national and international QA/QC standards for renewable energy.
- Proficiency in inspection tools, checklists, and documentation.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent stakeholder and vendor coordination skills.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication.
- Frequent travel to project and vendor sites.
- Exposure to utility-scale or large rooftop solar/wind projects preferred.
