Senior Backend Systems Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Backend System Engineer to lead the design, development and optimization of backend services and data engineering pipelines.
- Develop high-performance, secure and scalable backend services using Python and frameworks such as Flask, FastAPI or Django.
- Design and architect complex backend systems and scalable data pipelines.
- Implement caching, rate-limiting, circuit breaking and queuing solutions.
Responsibilities:
Our ideal candidate will have experience with cloud-native services and deployment practices. They will also possess a deep understanding of distributed systems, asynchronous processing and system resiliency patterns.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
- 8-10 years of professional experience in backend and data engineering roles.
- Strong programming skills in Python, with familiarity in libraries/frameworks like NumPy, Pandas, Pydantic.
