We're seeking an exceptional Student Program Manager with Teaching Experience to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding parents through their child's entrepreneurial journey, addressing concerns about balancing business with academics, and managing premium family relationships with personalized attention.
Key Responsibilities:- Parent Partnership (60%):
- Collaborate with parents to ensure a seamless transition into our program.
- Develop and implement strategies to foster strong relationships with parents.
- Provide guidance and support to help parents navigate the entrepreneurial journey.
- Program Excellence (40%):
- Oversee the Teen Entrepreneur Club, working closely with global mentors from renowned institutions like MIT and Stanford.
- Monitor and evaluate program performance, identifying areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement education programs that foster character development alongside academic excellence.
- 8+ years of experience in education with heavy parent interaction.
- Proven track record of success in IB/ICSE/CBSE schools, preferably in admissions, counseling, or coordination roles.
- Ability to handle premium parents with tact and build deep trust.
- Understanding of holistic development needs and the ability to implement a systematic approach.
- Belief in teenagers' potential to excel academically while building businesses.

- No choosing between marks and skills.
- No annual admission chaos.
