Job Title: Project DirectorAchieve Success as a Safety Transformation Leader**Job Description:**The Project Director is responsible for the successful delivery of a comprehensive safety culture transformation project. They will proactively plan, direct, and implement all aspects of the transformation program, including overseeing both construction safety activities and operational safety transformation.**Essential Duties and Responsibilities:**
  • Engage with client top management to resolve issues for effective implementation of safety at site.
  • Manage the change and establish clear communication plans.
  • Communicate frequently about the project to stakeholders via physical or digital communications.
  • Reporting on project status, budget, capacity plan, key parameters, meeting minutes, and challenges in regular and consistent manner.
  • Promote best safety practices as part of project implementation.
  • Communicate timely to clients on challenges and support required for effective project implementation.
  • Review program effectiveness and course correct when required.
  • Evaluate team performance and provide feedback to Management (team size: 50-60 people).
  • Organize learning platforms and deploy learning in projects.
  • Manage construction safety and projects operational management at site.
  • Actively engage with clients to understand their safety expectations, requirements, and standards, ensuring they are integrated into the project safety management system.
  • Collaborate with clients for safety planning, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and fostering a culture of safety across sites.
  • Foster a culture of safety consciousness among project stakeholders, encouraging proactive approaches to safety.
  • Organize and lead committee meetings to discuss safety performance, challenges, and strategic decisions.
