Job Title: Digital Product Visionary

Description:
As a key member of our team, you will be driving digital innovation and transformation across the energy sector. You will lead the development and lifecycle of digital products that enhance operational efficiency, sustainability, and data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications & Experience:
- A bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field; an MBA or master's in product management is highly desirable.
- 8-10 years of experience in product management, preferably in the energy or utilities domains.
- A proven track record of launching successful digital products in complex environments.
- Strong knowledge of renewable energy technologies and sustainability frameworks is essential.

Product Strategy & Vision:
- Define and communicate a clear product vision aligned with our company's roadmap.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify digital opportunities in various domains.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and technology trend assessments to inform product strategy.

Product Development & Lifecycle Management:
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch and continuous improvement.
- Translate business needs into detailed product requirements and user stories.
- Work closely with engineering, data science, UX/UI, and operations teams to deliver high-impact digital solutions.

Stakeholder Management:
- Act as the voice of customers and internal stakeholders to ensure product features meet user needs and business objectives.
- Facilitate regular reviews with leadership to report progress, risks, and opportunities.
- Align product initiatives with business KPIs.

Data & Technology Integration:
- Leverage IoT, AI/ML, cloud platforms, and digital twins to build intelligent, scalable, and sustainable products.
- Ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
- Promote data-driven decision-making by embedding analytics and dashboards into product offerings.

Agile & Innovation Culture:
- Champion agile methodologies and foster a culture of experimentation, rapid prototyping, and continuous feedback.
- Drive innovation through hackathons, PoCs, and partnerships with startups or technology vendors.
