Our company is a fast-growing organization that helps enterprises leverage Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Engineering, Computer Vision, NLP, and Automation to accelerate digital transformation.
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with a proven track record in IT Solutions Sales, AI/ML Sales, Data Science Sales, and Data Engineering Sales.
- This role requires a strong hunter mindset, ability to sell solutions (not just resource placement), and drive growth in international markets.
- The ideal candidate should be able to identify, hunt, and onboard new customers across global markets.
- They should also be able to gain a deep understanding of our capabilities, products, and IP, and translate them into customer-focused solutions.
- Other key responsibilities include consistently achieving revenue growth, sales targets, and order booking goals, building relationships with C-level executives, decision-makers, and technical leaders, and using digital channels to identify and pursue business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- 5+ years of experience in IT solutions sales with a strong focus on AI/ML, Data Science, and Data Engineering domains.
- 2+ years of proven experience selling to customers in North America, UK, or Middle East markets.
- Experience selling both products and services in the IT/AI domain.
- Strong ability to understand customer pain points and requirements, and translate them into tailored solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to close deals.
- Proficiency in leveraging digital platforms for lead generation and business development.
