About Your Job

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Prior experience in customer service (min. 1 year) with proficiency in US English, both written and spoken. As a representative of our organization, you must possess excellent language skills and ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
  • Basic computer literacy and ability to work with various software applications. Familiarity with CRM systems and other customer support tools is a plus.
