Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Identity Operations Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions.

  • Support the design and implementation of IAM solutions in complex landscapes involving multiple applications and integration types.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of IAM solutions with other systems.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot IAM-related issues to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and maintain documentation of IAM solutions, including system designs, technical specifications, and user guides.
  • Participate in Agile development methodologies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in the IAM space and make recommendations for improvements.
Requirements
  • Good experience with modern Identity and Access Management products, preferably SailPoint IIQ and SailPoint ISC, MS Entra ID, CyberArk.
  • Experience in building IAM solutions in complex landscapes involving multiple applications and integration types.
  • Experience in designing Role Based Access Control systems, Segregation of Duties, Entitlement Management, Identity lifecycle management, JML workflow.
  • Experience in modern authentication methodologies like SAML based Federation, OAuth 2.0, OpenID, etc.
  • Experience in contributing to SOC/Sox internal and external Audits.
  • Experience in working with Agile teams.
