Placement Manager - Zonal

Overview:

The ideal candidate has direct experience in managing campus placements, strong industry connections, and a solid understanding of fresher recruitment processes, particularly in emerging fields like Data Science, Analytics, and Software Development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategic partnerships by visiting respective regions and driving home opportunities for freshers across campuses and online training programs.
  • Maintain relationships with corporate clients to build and strengthen connections with hiring teams.
  • Utilize existing recruiter networks to open doors for new hiring partnerships.
  • Engage with recruiters in high-quality discussions to understand hiring needs and position our learner pool effectively.
  • Own the recruitment process lifecycle, including job description sharing, student shortlisting, scheduling, feedback management, and offer rollouts.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or MBA from a reputable institution.
  • Experience: 3-4 years as a TPO or in a placement-facing role at a Tier 2 Engineering college/B-school.
  • Domain Exposure: Prior experience with UG placements and roles in tech-heavy domains (Data Science, Analytics, Software Engineering) is beneficial.
  • Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication skills with ability to manage recruiters, internal teams, and students effectively.
  • Process-Oriented: Strong understanding of campus hiring workflows and placement operations.
  • Result-Oriented: Bias for action with a track record of driving outcomes.
