Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned HR Strategist to lead our People & Culture team in India.

This key role will collaborate closely with business leaders to drive ambitious growth plans in the Indian market.

The successful candidate will develop and execute a comprehensive HR strategy that aligns seamlessly with overall business objectives.

You will lead a team of HR professionals, acting as a strategic partner to business leaders, fostering a high-performance culture that attracts, develops, and retains top talent.

You will champion employee engagement, ensuring a positive and inclusive work environment that empowers our people to thrive.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business strategy and global initiatives with country.
  • Foster a positive organizational culture that promotes employee engagement, diversity, and inclusion.
  • Manage the full spectrum of HR functions, including talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, employee relations, performance management, and learning and development.
  • Partner with business leaders to provide HR guidance and support.
  • Provide strategic leadership and effective management to the Human Resources team in India.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;

Minimum 10 years of experience in HR leadership roles, preferably in a multinational organization;

Proven experience in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and performance management;

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels;

Deep understanding of Indian labor laws and HR best practices, with the ability to ensure compliance and mitigate risk;

Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives and drive organizational success.
