Job Overview

  • We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee the production process, ensuring seamless alignment with company plans.

Responsibilities:

  • Production Alignment: Coordinate production activities to meet business objectives.
  • Resource Management: Effectively manage manpower, machinery, materials, and finances to support production needs.
  • Progress Monitoring: Track production progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary adjustments.
  • Quality Standards: Conduct regular inspections and tests to maintain quality standards and meet regulatory requirements.
  • Safety Policies: Enforce safety protocols to minimize workplace accidents and injuries.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels of raw materials, semi-finished products, and finished goods to prevent production disruptions.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree: In Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience: 3-15 years in the heavy fabrication industry or rail manufacturing sector.
  • Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with production processes, including welding, assembly, and testing.

  • Wagon Engineering: Expertise in wagon design and manufacturing processes.
  • Project Execution: Proven ability to execute large-scale production projects.
  • Quality Control: Understanding of quality control regulations and safety guidelines in the rail industry.
  • Industry Tools: Familiarity with industry-standard tools and technologies.
  • Project Management: Knowledge of project management methodologies.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to work under pressure, make decisions, and resolve conflicts.
  • Team Management: Experience in managing teams and resolving conflicts.
  • Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt to changing circumstances.
