**Job Title:** Infrastructure Head - Operations

Desire Energy Solutions Pvt Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Infrastructure Head - Operations to oversee the administration and operations of our company. This role requires a strong background in project management and team leadership.

**Responsibilities include:**

Administrative Operations:

  • Overseeing day-to-day administrative tasks, including staff supervision, delegation of tasks, and provision of guidance and support.

Team Management:

  • Fostering a positive work environment by providing guidance, support, and training to the administrative team.
  • Coordinating with external vendors to ensure seamless execution of administrative tasks.

Policy Development:

  • Drafting clear policies outlining roles, responsibilities, and guidelines for handling various tasks such as office management, record-keeping, correspondence, etc.

Experience Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in infrastructure projects.
  • Proven track record of managing sites, houses, corporate offices.

Education Background:

  • Bachelor's degree in a management field required.

**Estimated Salary:** ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,500,000 per annum (depending on experience).
