Job Title: Assistant Manager Plantation

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Agriculture Professional to join our team as an Assistant Manager Plantation. This is a critical role that requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

About the Role:

This position is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the plantation, including land preparation, crop management, and labor supervision. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in agriculture, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operations Management: Develop and implement plans for planting, cultivation, and harvesting, ensuring maximum yield and quality.
  • Crop Management: Oversee the health and productivity of crops, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to optimize yields.
  • Labor Supervision: Lead a team of employees, providing guidance, training, and feedback to ensure optimal performance.
  • Sustainability and Compliance: Implement sustainable agricultural practices, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Agriculture or related field
  • 5-8 years of experience in agriculture, preferably in a supervisory role
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
