Jacking System Supervisor Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of jacking system installations and operations to ensure safe and efficient processes.
  • Designing and implementing jacking system designs for offshore and shipyard applications, considering various factors and specifications.
  • Leveraging expertise to develop and maintain knowledge of diverse jacking system designs, including Gusto MSC, NOV BLM, Keppel Fells, and others.
  • Collaborating with global teams to ensure seamless project execution and effective communication.
  • Mitigating issues related to hydraulic system malfunctions through proactive monitoring and rectification.
  • Conducting site-specific risk assessments and ensuring adherence to HSEQ expectations.
  • Preparation and submission of inspection and overhaul reports in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintaining high standards of safety and serving as a role model for the team.

Requirements:

  • At least 15 years of experience in jacking systems operations, with a minimum of 10 years as a Jacking Systems Supervisor or Lead Technician.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Able to work effectively in diverse, multicultural environments, fostering collaboration and open communication.
  • Demonstrated strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on building trust and rapport.
  • A collaborative mindset with global team coordination, prioritizing mutual understanding and respect.
