Job Description

We're seeking an experienced Product Designer to craft intuitive digital experiences that drive learner success and business growth. As part of our team, you'll work closely with cross-functional groups to deliver impactful learning solutions across web and mobile platforms.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design process for features and products from discovery to delivery.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to inform design decisions.
  • Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs that effectively communicate your solutions.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and other Designers to build and ship high-quality experiences.
  • Advocate for user-centric design while balancing business objectives and technical constraints.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of professional experience in product design, interaction design, or UX/UI design.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating your process and impact on shipped digital products.
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma.
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices across web and mobile platforms.
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams in an agile environment.
  • Strong visual design skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling abilities to present your ideas confidently.
