User Experience Design Lead

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced User Experience Design Lead to lead the design of seamless and meaningful digital experiences across customer-facing products and platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own the UX design process from discovery to delivery across key customer journeys and product workflows, ensuring a high bar of quality and consistency.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and interaction patterns that bring product ideas to life, balancing short-term delivery with long-term experience coherence.
  • Work cross-functionally with product teams, engineers, content designers, and stakeholders to frame problems, co-design solutions, and iterate based on user feedback.
  • Contribute to the development of design systems and standards that scale across teams and platforms, facilitating design critiques and collaborative workshops.
  • Design for increasingly intelligent user experiences—leveraging personalization, prediction, or automation in ethically responsible ways, collaborating with data and product teams to ensure AI-driven features are intuitive, transparent, and human-centered.
  • Analyze usage data and behavioral trends to inform design decisions and optimize experience flows, refining prototypes to enhance product usability and satisfaction.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have 7–10 years of experience in UX, interaction design, or product design roles, ideally on customer-facing or enterprise platforms. A strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design process, systems thinking, and polished execution is also required.
