Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Product Designer to contribute to the development of user-centric digital banking products. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience through innovative design solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research and gather insights to understand user needs and behaviors.
  • Design compelling visual experiences that effectively communicate design concepts and support product ideation through prototypes.
  • Organize complex information in an intuitive and easy-to-navigate manner.
  • Presentation and articulation of design thinking, including regular design reviews and feedback from stakeholders.
  • Apply human-centered design methods and W3C (AA+) accessibility standards to craft inclusive experiences.
  • Collaborate with designers to develop solutions that enhance the user experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and tools through continuous learning.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or similar field, or equivalent experience.
  • A portfolio showcasing your work in product UX/UI design.
  • 5+ years of experience designing digital products in the banking industry.
  • 5+ years of experience in end-to-end product design.
  • 3+ years of experience working in large cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in Figma and other industry-standard design tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience creating cohesive product experiences with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
  • Skill in understanding and communicating design and technical trade-offs.
  • Openness to feedback and a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Knowledge of software development, modern technologies, and frameworks.
