Designation: Assistant Manager / Manager HR

Reporting to: Business Director

Location: Sector 29, Gurugram

The successful candidate will work closely with our senior team at KNR and oversee the entire HR Function for our organization.

The ideal candidate should have exposure to HR Operations and Talent acquisition across various industries. You should be experienced in multiple aspects of HR, including excellent communication skills to interact with very senior people (both written and verbal).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing and recruiting candidates: Initial screening, personal interviews/telephonic interviews, and handling the joining process of selected candidates.
  • Maintaining a smooth on-boarding process for new employees.
  • Assessing training needs to train, counsel and coach employees.
  • Cultivating a healthy working culture within our organization.
  • Carrying out necessary administrative duties.
  • Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with our business strategy.
  • Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
  • Supporting current and future business needs through human capital development, engagement, motivation, and preservation.
  • Maintaining pay plans and benefits programs.
  • Involving in candidate assessment, screening, and profiling relevant profiles for respective roles.
  • Scheduling interviews, briefing candidates before and after interviews, and regular follow-up to maintain a healthy pipeline.
