Job Title: Director of Infrastructure Delivery

About Our Team:

We are seeking a seasoned and forward-thinking Director to lead our global infrastructure design teams. This role is pivotal to our transformation journey — shifting from traditional infrastructure management toward a modern, DevOps-centric, cloud-native delivery model.

The ideal candidate will possess deep technical knowledge of both legacy and emerging infrastructure platforms, combined with proven leadership in managing globally distributed teams.

This individual will be responsible for delivering reliable, scalable, and secure infrastructure services while modernizing operations to support product engineering, platform automation, Operational SRE and business agility.

  • Lead and mentor a team of infrastructure leads, engineers, and service owners across global teams.
  • Drive alignment with our IT strategy focused on automation, scalability, and cloud native architecture.
  • Represent infrastructure delivery in global planning and governance forums.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure availability, reliability, and performance of on-premises and cloud-hosted infrastructure platforms.
  • Own and improve SLAs and KPIs regarding design, deployment, transition to manage, decommission, incident response, problem management, and change control processes.
  • Champion operational (SRE) enablement, compliance, and security best practices.
  • Lead the transformation from legacy systems to modern infrastructure.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of experience in IT infrastructure operations, with at least 5 years in leadership roles managing global or regional teams.
  • 5+ year experience working within a public cloud environment. Must have a good understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Must have experience with traditional data center infrastructure (storage, compute, network, backup, monitoring).
  • Previous experience implementing container strategies, i.e., Kubernetes, Docker, EKS, ECS, GKS.
