Job Title: Executive Leader for Infrastructure and Technology

In this pivotal role, you will lead end-to-end operating model ownership, engaging with stakeholders to understand their needs and drive high stakeholder satisfaction.

  • Act as the single point of accountability and escalation for technology service provisioning to clients and the organization.
  • Ensure execution of enterprise-wide programs and initiatives aligned with strategy.
  • Drive adoption and enhancement of strategic technology tools.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Combining technical and commercial acumen to enable business profitability in the technology solution portfolio.
  • Optimizing technology utilization across internal and external stakeholders to meet functional and financial goals.
  • Leaning on initiative management, new product adoption, AI Ops, automation, and lifecycle management to drive efficient technology outcomes.

Requirements include:

  • 20+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering, with a focus on compute and storage technologies, operating systems, database, middleware, cloud, container, and network services.
  • 10+ years of experience in the banking and financial services industry.
  • 15+ years of experience in managing global teams and delivering technology service solutions.
  • Demonstrated expertise in ITSM, SRE, Automation, and Telemetry/AI Ops.

A strong background in transformational improvements, large-scale infrastructure projects, and third-party processor management is desired.
