Job Title:

IT Infrastructure Specialist

A highly skilled IT Infrastructure Specialist is required to design, implement and manage our company’s network infrastructure. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the stability, security and performance of our network.

  • Manage WAN links connecting all branches, ensuring redundancy and high availability for office locations and retail outlets across the country.
  • Ensure stable and secure network connections for all branch offices and locations, with real-time monitoring and troubleshooting.
  • L2 Network Troubleshooting, capacity trend/problem identification, patching, configuration management

Required Skills:

  • Familiarity with SD-WAN solutions and dynamic routing concepts.
  • Experience in managing private links for high-performance WAN connectivity.
  • Strong understanding of network protocols and architectures.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Participate in all audits requested by customers, including filling in required forms and collecting relevant data.
  • Ensure timely and accurate submission of all requested audit materials.
  • Complete all audit questionnaires and related documents as required by customers, ensuring thoroughness and compliance with the scope of the service provided.
