About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a senior professional with extensive experience in BPO, Contact Center, or related industries. The ideal candidate will have a strong record of scaling operations, client acquisition, and managing service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Strategy: Develop and implement strategic plans to expand our client base across industries and introduce new revenue streams.
  • Operations Management: Ensure high efficiency, service quality, compliance, and delivery excellence through effective management practices.
  • Financial Acumen: Oversee profit and loss, budgeting, investments, and ensure sustainable profitability.
  • Talent Acquisition: Recruit, mentor, and build high-performing teams while fostering a culture of ownership and accountability.
Minimum Qualifications & Skills
  • 10+ years of leadership experience in BPO, Contact Center, or related industries.
  • Strong expertise in P&L management, business expansion, and capital allocation.
  • Familiarity with AI automation, chat/voice bots, CRM/LMS solutions, and digital-first operations.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and leadership skills.
