Job Title: Human Resource Operations Manager
About the RoleThis role is responsible for overseeing various aspects of human resources, including process management and vendor relations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR operations and experience working with Microsoft Office applications.
Key Responsibilities- Maintaining accurate records and performing data entry tasks using MS Excel;
- Processing consultant invoices and releasing payments as per defined timelines;
- Resolving vendor queries and updating payment status;
- Distributing Sodexo cards and gift cards to employees;
- Reviewing and approving employment and educational documents submitted by candidates;
- Creating visa letters, internship letters, project completion letters, relieving letters, and exit letters;
- Coordinating with plant HRs for senior management tours;
The successful candidate will possess a graduate degree with 5-7 years of experience in operations and 3-5 years of experience in HR operations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for this role.
