Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Business Strategist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Knowledge of Revenue Cycle Management including data analysis, process optimization and revenue growth strategies.
  • To effectively manage client relationships and provide top-notch support ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills in English for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Able to document business processes (SOPs) clearly and concisely.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills with ability to analyze complex situations and implement effective solutions.
  • Accurate documentation skills to maintain high-quality records.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Business Administration, Finance or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in Revenue Cycle Management.
  • Proven track record of improving revenue growth and reducing costs.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
