Role: Lead Data Scientist – AI Expertise

As a key member of our DS/AI Competency Center, you'll focus on leveraging data, analytics, and artificial intelligence technologies to extract insights, develop predictive models, and create AI-powered solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Raise the bar with end-to-end initiatives from business understanding to deployment.
  • Analyze and interpret findings, drawing conclusions and recommendations for enhancing business processes.
  • Support pre-sales activities and initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with machine learning concepts.
  • Experience with Machine Learning (ML), especially in Generative AI (LLM/LMM) with a focus on Natural Language Processing (NLP) or multi-modal models.
  • Business requirements gathering, transforming them into technical plans, data processing, feature engineering, model evaluation, hypothesis testing, and model deployment.
  • Fluency in Python, working knowledge of SQL, and vector database.
  • Knowledge of specific DS/ML/CVGenAI/NLP libraries like NumPy, Keras, TensorFlow, PyTorch, HuggingFace, LangChain, and GenAI APIs i.e. OpenAI/Gemini.
