AI Workflow Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as an AI Workflow Specialist.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing, testing, and optimizing high-quality prompts to drive accuracy, reliability, and adaptability of AI models within various business use cases.

Responsibilities include collaborating with automation teams to integrate Automation Anywhere bots with AI-driven agents for end-to-end workflows, building, configuring, and deploying AI agents capable of reasoning, planning, and executing tasks autonomously.

Additional responsibilities include partnering with data scientists, RPA developers, and business stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI-driven automation, developing reusable prompt templates, prompt libraries, and best practices for large language models (LLMs) and multi-agent systems.

Key qualifications include a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, AI/ML, or related field, strong experience with prompt engineering techniques for large language models, hands-on knowledge of Automation Anywhere, and proven experience in building, deploying, and managing AI agents or autonomous AI workflows.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, AI/ML, or related field.
  • Strong experience with prompt engineering techniques for large language models.
  • Hands-on knowledge of Automation Anywhere.
  • Proven experience in building, deploying, and managing AI agents or autonomous AI workflows.
  • Proficiency with programming/scripting in Python, Java, or JavaScript.

Preferred/Good-to-Have Skills:

  • Exposure to multi-agent frameworks.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms for AI deployment.
