Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with clients to ensure seamless communication and timely feedback.
  • Manage timelines across multiple projects, including content calendars, posts, and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with designers, writers, and editors to deliver high-quality results on time.
  • Maintain and update project trackers, Google Sheets, and CRM tools to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Support research and briefs for personal branding content, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
  • Follow up with clients and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Prepare regular reports on progress, engagement, and campaign updates to inform business decisions.

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
  • Familiarity with Instagram and YouTube workflows is an advantage.
  • Comfort using tools like Google Workspace, Trello/Asana, or CRM platforms.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple accounts/projects at once.
  • A proactive mindset with a strong follow-up orientation.
