
Director of Media Planning

We are seeking a Senior Director to lead our media planning team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing integrated media strategies across digital, television, print, radio, out-of-home, social, and emerging platforms.
In this role, you will:
- Lead Media Strategy Development: Develop and execute media plans that align with client objectives, brand positioning, and target audience insights.
- Drive Client Alignment: Collaborate with clients to understand their goals and develop tailored media plans that meet their needs.
- Analyze Data-Driven Insights: Analyze data and market trends to optimize media investments and improve campaign performance.
- Oversee Campaign Leadership: Oversee the development and execution of media plans, ensuring seamless integration with broader campaign goals.
- Build Cross-Functional Teams: Partner with creative, analytics, and client servicing teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Experience: 10+ years of media planning experience with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role.
- Skillset: Strong knowledge of integrated media planning, digital and traditional channels, and measurement tools.
- Campaign Management: Proven experience managing complex campaigns with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data into actionable strategies.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing senior stakeholders.
- Technical Skills: Experience with media buying platforms, planning tools, and reporting dashboards.
