Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Delivery Lead to join our team. As a key member of our Agile Release Train, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless delivery of our products.

About the Role

  • Lead and facilitate Program Increment (PI) planning, system demos, and ART ceremonies to ensure timely and successful delivery.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Product Owners, and stakeholders to define and prioritize features that meet business objectives.
  • IDentify, manage, and resolve cross-team dependencies and risks to ensure smooth project execution.
  • E nsure alignment of delivery objectives across front-to-back functions (technology, operations, and business teams).
  • Drive continuous improvement in Agile maturity across teams, promoting best practices in scaling frameworks.
  • Provide transparency into delivery status, metrics, and progress for senior stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 12+ years of IT experience with at least 3-5 years as a Release Train Engineer, Program Manager, or Agile Delivery Lead.
  • Proven experience in running large-scale Agile Release Trains.
  • Strong understanding of Agile principles, program management, and scaled delivery practices.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
