Program Delivery Manager">

The ideal candidate will lead large-scale MES/MOM, Industry 4.0/Pharma 4.0, and IIoT/Manufacturing Data Platform initiatives across multiple sites, ensuring compliance with GxP and regulatory standards.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Program Management: Oversee proposed solution design and provide pre-sales support to drive business growth.
  • Client Engagement: Act as the delivery interface for geography and clients, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, efforts, cost, and quality expectations.
  • Talent Leadership: Manage cross-functional teams including solution architects, domain consultants, and delivery managers.
  • Risk Governance: Establish delivery governance frameworks, manage escalations, and ensure risk mitigation strategies are in place.
  • Innovation Adoption: Promote adoption of AI/ML, Gen AI, and other digital innovation for future-proof operations.

To succeed in this role, you must have a deep understanding of the Life Sciences domain, strong program management skills, and the ability to drive value realization through digital innovation.

You will also need to possess excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills, with the ability to handle over 100 team members and multiple stakeholders.

Prior experience in agile, lean, Six Sigma, or TQM methodologies is highly desirable, as is certification in PMP, SAFe, or Scrum.

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience: 8+ years of experience in program management, preferably in the Life Sciences domain.
  • Skillset: Strong technical knowledge of MES/MOM, Industry 4.0/Pharma 4.0, and IIoT/Manufacturing Data Platform technologies.
  • Certifications: PMP, SAFe, or Scrum certification is highly desirable.
