Growth Associate Role

We're seeking a driven and resourceful Growth Associate to help drive our company's growth trajectory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Growth Experiments:
    • Ideate, run, and optimize growth experiments across acquisition, activation, and retention.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making:
    • Track metrics, analyze performance, and pivot quickly to double down on what works.
  • Content Creation:
    • Create content (emails, posts, one-pagers, case studies) that helps us win attention and trust.
  • Community Engagement:
    • Engage with relevant online communities, forums, and social channels to get our name out there.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:
    • Work closely with founders, product, and marketing teams to turn growth insights into product enhancements and campaigns.
Requirements:
  • 1–3 years of experience in a growth function
    • Solid understanding of digital marketing basics (funnels, conversion, paid/organic growth levers).
  • Analytical mindset—comfortable with spreadsheets, dashboards, and making sense of data.
  • Bonus: experience in SaaS, B2B marketing, or AI tools.
