Key Role: Network Marketer

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill this critical role. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that drive growth through referrals, community engagement, and partnerships.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Create and nurture network-based marketing channels, including referral programs, affiliate partnerships, and influencer collaborations
  • Promote grassroots adoption campaigns by leveraging communities, associations, and local groups
  • Develop reward-based marketing strategies to incentivize referrals and word-of-mouth growth
  • Identify and onboard network leaders, micro-influencers, and community ambassadors in fintech/Web3 spaces
  • Analyze referral funnels, campaign performance, and ROI for all network-driven initiatives
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to design network-centric campaigns (contests, ambassador programs, incentive structures)
  • Represent the organization at local meetups, webinars, and community events to build credibility and visibility
  • Educate potential users and partners on the organization's product offerings and benefits through network-based outreach
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in network marketing, affiliate marketing, or community-driven growth
  • Proven success in building and scaling referral or ambassador programs
  • Strong connections in crypto, fintech, or digital communities
  • Understanding of performance-based growth metrics (CAC, LTV, ROI on referral campaigns)
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to mobilize communities and turn users into brand advocates
