Job Title: SAP Customer Service Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the development and implementation of cutting-edge customer service solutions using SAP CS. As a senior consultant, you will work closely with business stakeholders to design and deploy tailored solutions that drive customer satisfaction and business growth.

  • Develop and execute end-to-end SAP CS strategies, ensuring seamless integration with other modules.
  • Provide expert guidance on SAP CS processes, including service orders, notifications, contracts, warranty management, returns, and claims.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective SAP CS solutions.
  • Configure and customize SAP CS module to optimize customer service workflows and improve efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues escalated from support teams, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity.
  • Coordinate with business stakeholders to prioritize projects and allocate resources effectively.
  • Prepare and review functional specifications for custom developments and enhancements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Mentor junior consultants and support teams, promoting knowledge sharing and best practices across the organization.
  • Stay up-to-date with SAP CS latest features, tools, and industry trends, recommending continuous improvements and process enhancements.
