SAP Security Admin and Monitoring Expert

As a key player in the field of SAP Security Administration and Monitoring, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality support to our customers.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Resolve technical issues within agreed service level agreements
  • Achieve targeted time-to-resolve as per predefined objectives
  • Maintain control over ageing tickets
  • Authorize project work
  • Provide expert-level SAP Security Support and S4 Hana expertise
  • Complete daily documentation tasks

Required Professional Experience: 0-1 years of SAP experience is preferred.

Key Qualifications:
  • Exhibit exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot end-user authorization issues
  • Understand and handle incident management processes in a support environment for large user bases
  • Work with SAP system user maintenance and authorization concepts
  • Ensure ability to work under Service Level Agreements (SLA) based service delivery
  • Monitor SAP systems daily and IDOC interfaces
  • Develop strong professional customer relationships
  • Ensure Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as SLA, TAT, Ageing, Quality Audits are achieved based on management's expectations
  • Align actions based on customer feedback and management guidance
  • Prepare reports according to supervisor's expectations
  • Deliver additional tasks as per supervisor's instructions
