We are seeking a skilled specialist to enhance our conversion funnels.

You will be responsible for analyzing user behavior, identifying areas of improvement, and developing data-driven strategies to optimize results.

To achieve this, you will use tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, or GA4 to find drop-off points and create actionable insights.

The ideal candidate will have expertise with A/B testing platforms, HTML, CSS, and Java Script, as well as experience with analytics tools and landing page builders.

You will work closely with team members to implement front-end changes and integrate testing tools with analytics platforms for seamless reporting.

As a Conversion Rate Optimization Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Audit current conversion funnels to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Analyze user behavior using tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, or GA4
  • Create, set up, and manage A/B, multivariate, and split tests using platforms like Google Optimize, VWO, or Optimizely
  • Develop hypotheses and define success metrics for each test
  • Segment audiences and personalize user experiences to drive higher engagement and conversions
  • Work with team members to implement front-end changes using HTML, CSS, and Java Script
  • Integrate testing tools with analytics platforms for seamless reporting

This role requires:

  • Proficient in A/B testing platforms (Google Optimize, VWO, Optimizely, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic Java Script
  • Expertise with analytics tools like Google Analytics (GA4), Tag Manager, and heatmap/session recording tools
  • Experience with landing page builders (e.g., Unbounce, Webflow, Word Press, or custom CMS)
  • Analytical & Strategic: Strong knowledge of conversion funnels, UX best practices, and behavioral psychology
  • Ability to interpret complex data and turn insights into actionable strategies
  • Skilled in creating hypotheses and testing frameworks
  • Soft Skills: Highly self-sufficient and able to execute projects end-to-end
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
