CRO Specialist - Growth Optimizer

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist to join our team. As a CRO Specialist, you will be responsible for improving the conversion rates across key funnels by analyzing user behavior, creating and managing A/B tests, and implementing front-end changes.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop data-driven strategies to improve conversion rates and drive revenue growth.
  • Analyze user behavior using tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, or GA4 to identify drop-off points and opportunities.
  • Create and manage A/B tests using platforms like Google Optimize, VWO, or Optimizely.
  • Work with team members to implement front-end changes using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript when needed from mockups for proposed improvements.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proficient skills in A/B testing platforms (Google Optimize, VWO, Optimizely, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript.
  • Expertise with analytics tools like Google Analytics (GA4), Tag Manager, and heatmap/session recording tools.
  • Experience with landing page builders (e.g., Unbounce, Webflow, WordPress, or custom CMS).
