As a key player in our rapidly scaling B2B SaaS startup, the Growth Marketing Specialist will drive revenue growth, scale customer acquisition, and optimize conversion strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a data-driven growth marketing strategy to drive customer acquisition and retention.
  • Create and optimize marketing funnels, ensuring seamless user journeys from awareness to conversion.
  • Own and optimize SEO and SEM strategies to improve organic traffic and paid campaign performance.
  • Design and implement email marketing campaigns that nurture leads and drive conversions.
  • Grow and manage social media channels to increase engagement, brand awareness, and lead generation.
  • Run A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) experiments to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align growth strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Analyze and report on key performance metrics, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • At least 3 years of experience in growth marketing, preferably in a B2B SaaS startup environment.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth through digital marketing channels.
  • In-depth expertise in SEO, SEM, Email Marketing, and Social Media Marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, Marketo, or similar CRM/Marketing automation platforms.
  • Experience running and optimizing A/B tests and CRO strategies.
  • Ability to manage and optimize performance marketing budgets effectively.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
