Job Title: Senior Liaison Officer/Liaison Head

Job Description:

This is a key role in managing government relations, legal coordination, and regulatory affairs. The ideal candidate should have strong networking abilities with key stakeholders such as government departments, municipal authorities, legal professionals, and regulatory bodies.

  • Act as the primary liaison between various government departments, local authorities, and regulatory agencies.
  • Facilitate the timely acquisition of necessary project permissions, clearances, and NOCs.
  • Liaise with town planning departments, land registration offices, and legal consultants to ensure accurate and compliant documentation.
  • Build and maintain effective professional relationships with government officials, statutory bodies, and other key stakeholders.
  • Monitor and interpret changes in real estate regulations, zoning laws, land acquisition policies, and other relevant government procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Graduate/Postgraduate in Law, Public Administration, Political Science, or related field.

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in liaison, government relations, or legal coordination roles.
  • Proven track record of working closely with BMC, Town Planning, Urban Development Authorities, Pollution Boards, and other government bodies.
