This role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining highly available and scalable AWS infrastructure and services within a managed service environment.

  • Manage deployments in environments such as QA/Stage/Production and engage stakeholders as required.
  • Build, deploy, and manage Kubernetes clusters using automation tools like Terraform.
  • Implement infrastructure as code, security, and process automation to optimize routine maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities also include cross-location team management, customer engagement, delivery management, quality control, and documentation of processes and SOPs for future reference. Additionally, knowledge of AI tools and Amazon SageMaker Services is desirable.
