With a customer base spanning 7 countries in Asia, including Thailand, Malaysia, Vietnam, India, and expanding into the UK and European markets, we're looking for a proactive Pre Sales Specialist to drive Datakrew's global growth.

This role requires a unique blend of business acumen, technical expertise, and exceptional communication skills. As a key enabler between internal teams, customers, and technical stakeholders, you will own the end-to-end pre-sales cycle - from lead qualification to proposal submission.

Responsibilities:
  • You will qualify, research, and nurture potential customers, acting as an internal lead management engine.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to maintain a strong and consistent sales pipeline.
  • Manage the complete pre-sales process, including lead qualification, client engagement, and proposal submission.
  • Deliver techno-commercial proposals tailored to client needs and business objectives.
  • Act as a coordinator between the customer, field sales team, and internal technical team to ensure alignment and smooth handovers.
  • Provide quick-turnaround support for customizing/tweaking decks, proposals, and presentations based on client-specific requirements.
  • Continuously learn and adapt to evolving technologies and product offerings.
  • Ensure accurate sales activity and customer information is maintained and updated in CRM systems.
Key Skills:
  • A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in inside sales in SaaS, preferably in EV or automotive sectors.
  • High-level understanding of software integration techniques, APIs, and hardware-software integration techniques is required.
  • Proven ability to generate and nurture leads, and manage the full cycle up to proposal submission.
  • Strong techno-commercial understanding and capability to simplify technical concepts into business language.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Adaptability to adjust business-specific cultures while communicating with customers from various geographies.
  • Ability to connect customer pain points with internal technical capabilities and commercial outcomes.
  • Strong presentation skills and comfort with customer-facing interactions.
  • Demonstrated quick learning and adaptability to new technologies and industries.
  • High ownership and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
