Key Job Responsibilities
  • We are seeking a skilled Architect to design and implement scalable, secure, and resilient synthetic monitoring platforms across hybrid/multi-cloud environments.
  • The successful candidate will lead the adoption of Dynatrace APM with standardized instrumentation and deployment models.
  • This role involves defining onboarding strategies for cloud, hybrid, and edge telemetry sources with a focus on synthetic monitoring.
  • Integration of observability tooling (preferred: Catchpoint, Dynatrace) is required to deliver unified insights.
  • Evaluation of emerging technologies and development of custom synthetic monitoring solutions where needed.
  • Contribution to open-source or internal observability tooling/standards for synthetic monitoring is also expected.
  • Driving documentation, training, and cross-team knowledge sharing to strengthen monitoring practices.
  • Collaboration with application teams to embed synthetic monitoring into new service architectures.
  • Partnership with security teams on compliance, threat detection, and governance related to monitoring.

The ideal candidate should possess 5–7 years of hands-on experience with Dynatrace and Synthetic Monitoring. Strong expertise in AWS (EC2, EKS, Lambda) is required. Proven experience in designing and implementing observability solutions across cloud and hybrid environments is necessary. Familiarity with other monitoring/observability tools (Catchpoint, Prometheus, Grafana) is a plus. Excellent problem-solving, cross-functional collaboration, and communication skills are essential.
