We are seeking a highly skilled Observability Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building scalable observability platforms, driving adoption of Application Performance Monitoring (APM) tooling, and embedding synthetic monitoring into modern service architectures.

The successful candidate will be responsible for architecting scalable, secure, and resilient synthetic monitoring platforms across hybrid/multi-cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement observability solutions across cloud and hybrid environments.
  • Lead APM adoption with standardized instrumentation and deployment models.
  • Define onboarding strategies for cloud, hybrid, and edge telemetry sources with a focus on synthetic monitoring.
  • Integrate observability tooling to deliver unified insights.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and develop custom synthetic monitoring solutions where needed.
  • Contribute to open-source or internal observability tooling/standards for synthetic monitoring.
  • Drive documentation, training, and cross-team knowledge sharing to strengthen monitoring practices.
  • Collaborate with application teams to embed synthetic monitoring into new service architectures.
  • Partner with security teams on compliance, threat detection, and governance related to monitoring.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5–7 years of hands-on experience with Dynatrace and Synthetic Monitoring.
  • Strong expertise in AWS (EC2, EKS, Lambda).
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing observability solutions across cloud and hybrid environments.
  • Familiarity with other monitoring/observability tools is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving, cross-functional collaboration, and communication skills.

Secondary Skills:- Playwright Scripting
