Job Title:

A Deputy Manager plays a pivotal role in our organization, overseeing the efficient execution of transactional services.

This involves timely completion of tasks, rigorous follow-up, and closure of pending queries.

The ideal candidate will possess around 2 years of experience in Service Desk, knowledge of ERP software, and excellent communication skills.

They will be able to work effectively in a team, demonstrate a good understanding of customer service, and exhibit an open-minded and constructive approach.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Timely execution of transactional services
  • Rigorous follow-up and closure of pending queries
  • Detailed reporting of activities handled on a daily/weekly/monthly basis
  • Adherence to robust tracking mechanisms for processed transactions
  • Flexible working arrangements during shifts and month ends
  • Training new associates, monitoring, and tracking their performance
Requirements:
  • Around 2 years of experience in Service Desk
  • Knowledge of ERP software
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team
  • Good understanding of customer service principles
  • Open-minded and constructive attitude
