International Admission Coordinator

The successful candidate will oversee the international admission process for students pursuing study opportunities abroad, collaborating closely with universities and educational institutions to facilitate admissions, provide counseling, and ensure compliance with visa requirements.

This role requires a seasoned professional with a minimum of 4-8 years of experience in international recruitment and student counseling, leading a team of coaches/country counselors to achieve monthly/yearly targets, ensuring compliance with visa requirements, coordinating with admissions teams to review and evaluate student applications, establishing relationships with universities and educational institutions, staying updated on market trends, addressing student concerns, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of 8-10 coaches/country counselors to achieve monthly/yearly targets.
  • Ensure compliance with visa requirements and assist students with their visa applications.
  • Coordinate with the admissions team to review and evaluate student applications.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with universities and educational institutions across various countries.
  • Stay updated on changes in education policies, immigration regulations, and market trends.
  • Address any issues or concerns raised by students and provide prompt resolutions.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to admissions and student interactions.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in international recruitment and student counseling.
  • In-depth knowledge of study abroad destinations.
  • Familiarity with visa requirements and procedures.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills & hustler (must).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.

Expectations:

  • 6 Days working
  • Minimum 3+ years experience in Study Abroad Domain and 5+ overall experience
  • Minimum 40 Visa per counselor in a year and 320-400 visa at manager level with a team of 8-10 country Counselors
