Job Description:

  • Enhance process knowledge in Production Planning (MRP), Make to Stock, Make to Order, Configure to Order, Repetitive, Kanban, Batch management processes.
  • Integrate PP with logistics components for seamless workflow.
  • Experienced in Industry Manufacturing solutions like PEO, ETO, Advanced Variant Configuration, ePPDS planning & scheduling topics for industries.
  • Skilled in MES integrations with S/4 HANA.
  • Expertise in Discrete industry Manufacturing IS-Solutions, Business & Mapping flow experience for E2E processes.
  • Knowledge on LoB topics in Supply Chain - IBP, EAM, and PLM integrations to S/4 HANA Manufacturing.

Quality Management:

  • Configure and maintain QM Master data and processes.
  • Experience in global deployments of SAP through understanding of procedures around different best practices.
  • Strong process knowledge in Quality management, handling quality inspection process, and setting up master data – Inspection methods, Quality Agreements, QIR, MICs and inspection plans.
  • QM integration experience with logistics components needed.
  • Continuous process improvement hands-on experience on Audit management, Stability study, FMEA and control plans is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial manufacturing.
  • Proficiency in SAP and S/4 HANA.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
