About This Role

The ideal candidate for this Digital Marketing Manager position will be responsible for leading the development and execution of comprehensive digital marketing strategies.

Key responsibilities include managing end-to-end digital campaigns across multiple platforms, driving SEO, SEM, social media, performance marketing, and content marketing initiatives.

The successful candidate will oversee campaign budgets, track key performance indicators, and deliver regular reports to stakeholders.

Additionally, they will lead a team of digital executives, content creators, and performance marketers, collaborating with design, copy, and strategy teams to deliver integrated campaigns.

Staying up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in digital marketing is also essential for this role.

Strong communication, analytical, and project management skills are required, along with excellent leadership abilities and a creative mindset.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 3-4 years of proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in an agency environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, SEO tools, Analytics, and automation platforms.
  • Experience in managing multi-channel campaigns with measurable results.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
  • Creative thinker with a strong business and client-focused mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in an agency environment.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing digital marketing strategies.
  • Strong understanding of emerging digital marketing trends and technologies.
