Database Administration Position

The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in Oracle database administration, with a focus on ensuring high availability and disaster recovery.

  • Install, configure, and maintain Oracle database instances and related components.
  • Perform database patching, upgrades, and migrations.
  • Monitor database performance and implement tuning strategies to optimize performance.
  • Manage database security, including user access control and auditing.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues promptly.

Key qualifications include:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle database administration and disaster recovery management.
  • In-depth knowledge of Oracle database architecture, installation, configuration, patching, and performance tuning.
  • Extensive experience with Oracle Data Guard, Oracle RAC, and RMAN.
  • Proficiency in backup and recovery strategies.
  • Strong understanding of Linux/Unix and Windows operating systems.
