Responsibilities include:

- Implementing innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

- Using data and analytics to drive HR decision-making and improve processes.
- Collaborating with leadership to align HR strategies with overall business goals.
- Organizing learning and development programs for the teams.
- Addressing employees' requests and grievances in a timely manner.
- Driving regular employee engagement and retention efforts.
Requirements and Skills:
- 4+ years of experience as a HR Manager or similar role.
- Hands-on experience with Human Resources Management Software.
- Excellent communication abilities.
- Leadership skills.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
- Results-oriented approach to daily tasks and responsibilities.
- Master's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Personnel Management.
