Job Title: Solutions Consultant 2

We are seeking a seasoned expert to enhance technical proficiency and market penetration of channel partners.

  • Technical Engagement: Collaborate with account teams to lead and support security operations opportunities in the region. Drive technical validation and win rates within your assigned specialization area.
  • Drive Strategic Engagements: Work with internal account teams to drive high-value opportunities.
  • Partner Empowerment: Foster business growth by equipping partners with technical acumen for effective value articulation, demonstrations, deployments, and ongoing solution support.
  • Achieve Technical Excellence: Mentor partners to attain technical accreditation and certification. Provide expert guidance for developing novel solutions and managed service offerings.
  • Cultivate Sales Opportunities: Ensure partners identify, qualify, and lead joint opportunities, providing essential technical guidance. Facilitate value proposition communication between internal and partner teams.

Requirements

Required skills and qualifications:

  • 8-12 years of experience in a technical capacity (Solutions Consultant, Sales Engineer, Channel/Partner Systems Engineer), with strong experience working with account and channel teams in creating new business through Channel Partners and Managed Service Providers.
  • Bachelor/Master's of Engineering degree or an equivalent qualification.
  • Relevant industry certifications such as CEH, CISSP, OSCP, SANS, or similar credentials.
  • Mandatory expertise in at least one of the following critical technology domains:
    • Security Operations (SecOps): Extensive experience with EDR, XDR, SIEM & SOAR platforms, Threat Intelligence, Threat Hunting, and Vulnerability Management.
    • Cloud Security: Understanding of cloud security is an added advantage.
    • Security Incident Response: Deep experience with IR tools and workflow process or SOC operational processes.
    • Threat Hunting: Strong practical experiences with threat hunting, malware, exploits, and simulation of cyber attacks.
    • Operating Systems: Deep understanding of Unix/Linux and Windows operating systems and scripting skill in Python/JavaScript/PowerShell.
